Spiritbreaker Fortress

Overview

Spiritbreaker Fortress is a fortress location in the Broken Lands. It serves as a holding facility for kidnapped spirits that have been captured and magically bound, while they are being Broken into demons. The spirit of Middlesea is currently held there. At least four goblin green mages operate the fortress, taking turns acquiring and guarding captives.

Notable Events

Silenalania, a Drow shaman and green mage, was instrumental in capturing the spirit of Middlesea and transporting it to the fortress. During the Middlesea Free Rangers' founding ritual, Scout mystically married his spirit companion to Middlesea's spirit while Stella worked to break its magical bonds. Silenalania was later observed fleeing the area with Middlesea.

Strategic Importance

Opening Spiritbreaker Fortress is considered a large-scale plot objective. A goblin named Custard potentially possesses knowledge of how to infiltrate the fortress. Indirect connections to the fortress have been discovered, including a green sigil communication spell linking to the location.
