Lutenania is an elf and shaman sent by Their Majesty of the Plains to investigate what happened to the delegation.

Lutenania possesses shaman miracles but does not currently have a spirit companion.

Observations

Lutenania discovered that a green amnesia mist is spreading throughout the interior of the keep. He reported this information during dinner at Tarn.

He was willing to exchange non-privileged information with Scout, though the specific details of their exchange were deferred.

Abilities

As a shaman, Lutenania is capable of sensing and working with spirits, though none accompanied him to the keep.
