He is potentially involved in a plan to steal the Maharani's nephew out of the Muddle in Middlesea. The party considered approaching him for assistance with this task.
According to the Goddess, Uncle Carlo and a Treasure Map are on Stella's todo list, though they are not priorities for fixing urgent problems in Orange.
