Theo is a Priest of significant authority and influence within the Indaton's Church. He holds a Priest skill level with over 10 Divine Influence (DI), marking him as a powerful religious figure.
When the party approached Theo regarding slith spies being supplied by a thief in town, he agreed to investigate the matter. He subsequently handled the in-town problem, reporting back through Cindy of Navere that it had been taken care of. However, he was unable to locate an out-of-town slith camp himself.
Theo delegated the task of dealing with a second slith encampment to Xavier, who led a successful assault against the camp with his Paladins. The party arrived in time to witness this battle in Blue territory to the east, where Xavier and the Paladins defeated the slith forces, including two cloaked assassins.
The party was initially reluctant to meet with Theo in person due to being under a curse, instead sending Nesh to summon him via an urchin messenger. Theo recognized the party and determined the situation was not part of his own plot before agreeing to assist with their investigation.
