Possibly the most powerful Demon in the world, its powers involve isolation. In the Centaur/Cataur War comet, a Priest of Balance negotiated a deal with it and the Valley to protect the Cataurs and Centaurs from the plague that was unleashed by the Elves/Goblins and Humans against them, so their races would not die out. The Oasis was reopened in the Previous Run Comet, and was moved from Avan to 'al Jabar. In the next Comet it took over the desert area east of 'al Jabar.
A powerful Oasis Miracle, interacting with the various other magical/miracular effects, is what caused the Muddle in Middlesea.
