In the [[History\|Centaur/Cataur War]] comet, a Priest of Balance negotiated a deal with it and the Valley to protect the Cataurs and Centaurs from the plague that was unleashed by the Elves/Goblins and Humans against them, so their races would not die out. The Oasis was reopened in the Previous Run Comet, and was moved from Avan to 'al Jabar. In the next Comet it took over the desert area east of 'al Jabar.
